In our "Brand-Name Returns" page you will find all types of furniture, not just sectionals. Here we showcase our inventory that are customer returns that were within a 100-day return window with our retail partners. That's why we are able to offer you some like-new items for up to 80% off!

In our "New Sectionals" are the new sectional couches we offer, we can typically get these delivered within 2-3 weeks.

We offer driveway delivery service to most areas in MA, NH, RI and ME. After you place your order, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery day/time and also the delivery cost is calculated at checkout depending on your distance from our warehouse. Most deliveries happen next-day or within the same week. Our standard delivery window is 10 AM - 3 PM but can accommodate if necessary, and we keep you updated throughout the process.

Most of our refurbished item deliveries are made next-day, depending on availability and our schedule. If not, we’ll get it to you within the week. New furniture orders take 2-3 weeks typically.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and financing options (Acima, Snap Financing, Koalify, Affirm, and Klarna). Need a specific payment method? Reach out, and we’ll see what we can do!

We offer 6 options for financing for our customers!

For lease-to-own (preferred by most customers) that don't require good credit we offer Acima, Snap Financing, and Koalify. Typically around $50 down today and have 90-100 days to pay off (depending on which partner you choose) before interest starts being charged.

We offer Klarna, Affirm, and Shop Pay that require good credit.

We get it—buying a pre-owned item online can feel like a big commitment. That’s why we offer a Love It or Leave It Guarantee at delivery. When your furniture arrives at delivery, take your time—inspect it, sit on it, feel it, and make sure it’s exactly what you want. If it’s not the perfect fit, no worries! The delivery fee is non-refundable but we’ll refund you for the item on the spot and take it back—no questions asked. Once it enters your home you are accepting purchase of the item.

With delivery routes running daily across MA, NH, and RI, returning an item is no big deal for us. We’re always on the move, so if you decide it’s not right, we’ll simply bring it back to our warehouse—zero hassle, zero pressure.

All sales final! We try our very best to put all details about the item in our listings ahead of time and can answer any questions you may have and even send additional photos/videos of it. We also allow you to check it out in person at our warehouse or at delivery (with our Love It or Leave It Guarantee) for peace of mind!
