Our sectionals are pre-owned, but we take great care in selecting high-quality pieces. Every couch goes through our 5-step professional cleaning process to ensure it’s fresh, sanitized, and ready for your home.
We offer free curbside delivery to most areas in MA, NH, and RI. After you place your order, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery day and time. Most deliveries happen next-day or within the same week. Our standard delivery window is 9 AM - 2 PM, and we keep you updated throughout the process.
Most of our deliveries are made next-day, depending on availability and our schedule. If not, we’ll get it to you within the week. Need it ASAP? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and financing options (if available). Need a specific payment method? Reach out, and we’ll see what we can do!
We find high-quality, name-brand sectionals from various sources, including local sellers, furniture retailers, and showroom models. Every piece is carefully inspected, cleaned, and prepped before it becomes part of The Cozy Collection.
At checkout we offer financing options through Klarna and Acima! Klarna is based on your credit score, while Acima only requires $50 down with no credit needed. Splits payments into chunks to make it easier to afford! Don't hesitate to ask us any questions!
All sales final! We try our very best to put all details about the couch in our listings ahead of time and can answer any questions you may have and even send additional photos of it. We also allow you to check it out in person at our warehouse or during delivery before you accept it!
